
I believe that successful psychotherapy must start with a holistic approach. In short, during the course of therapy we would discuss and explore your emotions, thoughts, behavior, spirituality, and relationships in order to clarify the nature of your distress, and then work together to find solutions to your current life difficulties.
For those who are familiar with psychotherapy orientations, the foundation of my therapeutic practice is interpersonal and cognitive therapies. I also incorporate the techniques of stress management, hypnosis, EMDR, positive psychology, integral psychology, and spiritually sensitive therapy as appropriate.
