ABOUT DR. PANGANAMALA
I believe we can resolve emotional struggles if we are ready for change and have a supportive environment. When we have gained a better understanding of ourselves, we can make better, more rewarding choices. Our worlds, indeed, can then begin to look quite different.
I offer psychotherapy to adult clients who want to improve their lives and are ready for change. Concerns that I frequently work with include common psychological problems, grief, life transition issues, health problems, smoking cessation, spiritual growth, and stress management.
I offer a six–week stress management program, available in both individual and group formats, to teach specific mind–body techniques for use in daily life. Participants typically learn a set of effective tools to recognize, manage and prevent stress from adversely affecting their lives.
